Walk at Plymbridge Woods Sunday 9th August 2015

Dave organised a walk for club members around Plymbridge last sunday.  The dogs had great fun running around, especially in the water!  We went further than planned but managed to climb over fallen trees and scale a steep slope to the cycle path.  Here we encountered many bikes riding through the dogs, but all were well behaved ( apart from Bob)

Display at Churchtown Farm, Saltash saturday 18th July 2015

The Club was invited to give an obedience and agility display by the Friends of Churchtown Farm Community Nature Reserve at their annual fair last saturday.  The Fair is held in a field overlooking the Tamar and we were given a lovely large area in which to perform.  We used half for the obedience display and half for the agility equipment.  The dogs were put through their paces by Judith, starting with the inexperienced dogs and handlers who come to the classes on a Monday.  They were then joined by the others who weaved in and out of the line of dogs showing how socialised they have become.  Retrieve, sit, stay and food refusal were demonstrated and finishing with the Spiral.

Then the fun part began, with the dogs running around the equipment, followed by their owners
